It assumes that people are all living in human society,the core of human society is human nature, human nature dominate in human society,human rights was a right and power that human being all were born,human rights are conferred by society, society is a whole was days to give the overall, society is a structural whole,different regime,system and institution constraints human being all,power and institution lead and dominate social development and survive,human rights are conferred by society so that development of society result into human rights.
